Parties With A Purpose (PWAP) are scheduled quarterly and are completely FREE to Gem community youth, ages 12-18.

By providing team building and ice-breaker games, we see the group "walls" crumble and relationships form between individuals within these groups.

PWAP events connect various youth organizations such as:

● 4-H

● Emmett Public Library Teen Advisory Group

● Mayor's/Commissioner's Youth  Action Council

● Emmett Skate Krew

● Extreme Recreation group and other youth organizations.

Emphasis during PWAP events is to provide safe places, caring screened adults, a FUN healthy atmosphere and educational programming for our young people.
